Since 1975, Personalysis Corporation has worked with national and international companies to help them achieve higher productivity and performance. It was founded by James R. Noland, a behavioral scientist specializing in management and organizational behavior. Educated at Emory University with graduate degrees from Yale University and New York University, James Noland also worked with the New York Institute for Psychological Research.
While serving as a faculty member of the College of Business Administration at the University of Houston, he became acutely aware that superior academic performance was not a single predictor of success in the world of business. He began to search for personality factors to determine their impact. Based on that research, the Personalysis technology was developed.
Over the last three decades, the use and acceptance of Personalysis by companies worldwide is a testament to the value of James Noland’s technology.
