The Personalysis Facilitator Process:

The Personalysis Facilitator Process provides in-house Facilitators with the knowledge and skills to use Personalysis within their organizations. The 5-Day Foundation training provides the basics so that they are able to conduct Orientation Sessions and review individual profiles. After completing the Foundation training, Facilitators can choose additional training based on their application needs-giving and receiving feedback, coaching, teambuilding, sales training, or job fit. Personalysis Consultants provide on-going telephone support to ensure the Facilitators' successes. By developing Personalysis expertise, in-house Facilitators are able to cost effectively utilize the strategic tool and offer Personalysis to all organizational members.

In response to client needs, we will continue to offer any of the following training programs at client sites for groups of six or more. Select a program to view details and scheduled dates.

The 5-Day Facilitator Foundation Program:

Discover the benefits Personalysis can offer your organization and how to optimize its value through in-house facilitation. While Personalysis is normally introduced and maintained within the leadership teams by experienced Personalysis Consultants, many organizations find using internal personnel very effective in cascading Personalysis throughout the organization. By training in-house Facilitators, organizations maximize Personalysis time, cost, and application efficiencies. The Foundation Program prepares Facilitators to orient employees in the basics of the technology and to review individual profiles. The training provides both a deep dive into Personalysis content and individual practice. Experiential, detailed, and rich in personal feedback, the training equips Facilitators to use Personalysis for increased effectiveness throughout their organizations.

The 2-Day Feedback Program

This practical workshop is designed for in-house Facilitators as a follow-up to the 5-Day Personalysis Facilitator Foundation Program. Facilitators receive the skills and materials to apply Personalysis knowledge in giving and receiving feedback. This train-the-trainer application is designed to teach organizational members how to give and receive feedback from any perspective—peer to peer, associate to manager, and leader to direct report. Specific formulas provide the opportunity to customize meaningful, impactful, and well-received feedback for each unique individual (one size does not fit all). Facilitators receive a "how-to" guide, enhancement of their own skills through practice, role plays, and case studies, and information on how to train others to be feedback competent.

The 2-Day Coaching Program:

This practical workshop is designed for in-house Facilitators as a follow-up to The 5-Day Personalysis Facilitator Foundation Program. Individuals are able to assess themselves as coaches and enhance their knowledge, abilities, and versatility. Throughout the entire coaching process, application of Personalysis technology enables individuals to customize each intervention. "Choosing Balance" is a key concept for both the coach and the one being coached. Facilitators receive a "how-to" guide and the opportunity to develop skills through practice, role plays, and case studies.

Individuals learn how to use Personalysis to enhance team effectiveness and focus on analyzing, interpreting, and sharing the Group Dynamic Profile (GDP). Facilitators receive a "how-to" guide which provides a process from inception to completion of all action items. Applications range from newly formed groups to transitions to highly performing teams.
