
We have been using Personalysis for eight years at Amgen Europe, which is nearly all of our existence. It is a marvelous tool for facilitating communication, diagnosing solutions to potential organization conflicts and for team building. We do not use it for selection per se, although almost all candidates complete the questionnaire before joining. We use it as a facilitator for an easier entry into Amgen. With Amgen being a rather unstructured and fast growing corporation, this is most important.
The one aspect of Personalysis which, in my view, differentiates it from other "personality" tools is that it is totally non-judgmental. There is no right or wrong profile. Everyone scores the same number of total points. This, therefore, makes for very open acceptance by the appraisee.
Lastly, I should add that the system is very successful due to the professionalism of the consultants. Personalysis consultants have high energy and total focus on the client group.
