Personalysis is a valuable tool that we have used in a variety of situations here at the University of Southern California.
In 2000 we used Personalysis to help our five senior vice presidents and me better understand each other and form a more effective administrative team.
For the last three years, we have offered this tool to the students who comprise the honors course I teach with Professor Warren Bennis on “The Art and Adventure of Leadership.” Each class is divided into six teams that must complete a major project within a short time frame. Invariably the students report that the knowledge gleaned through Personalysis has increased their understanding of each other, their effectiveness as a group, and their ability to meet deadlines.
