Michelle Abbs

MIAMI DIRECTOR

Ingrained in the Miami ecosystem for 15 years, Michelle has set vision, formed culture and community, and led groups to substantial results in the education, entrepreneurship and technology sectors.

 

Previous to her role at Mana Tech, she served as the Director of Babson College’s WIN Lab accelerator program where she supported over 60 female-founded startup companies. During her tenure, the founders created more than 65 jobs, raised over 6 million in capital and realized on average 5x revenue growth.

 

Michelle was named the Emerging Leader of South Florida in 2018. She serves as a thought leader on entrepreneurship and gender topics having recently founded The Male Ally Project: to engage men in the pursuit of gender equity through allyship.

Carlos Parra

LATIN AMERICA MANAGER

Prior to joining Mana Tech, Carlos facilitated the purchase and activation of properties acquired by Mana Group. His in-depth knowledge of the Miami market and strong analytical skills have contributed to the growth of Mana Group’s project portfolio. He has earned a proven track record of connecting the right assets and brokering deals that aid in the transformation of the city.

 

Carlos also maintains a pivotal role in growing GRM Document Management in Latin America and the Caribbean. His extensive background in conducting research and financial analysis has been essential to the success of the company and its expansion into new markets. Carlos applies his skills and connections to assess viable acquisitions and elevate the organizations standing in the international market.

Erez Zaionce

REGIONAL DIRECTOR
LATIN AMERICA

Prior to joining Manatech, Erez served for a decade as an official representative of the Israeli innovative ecosystem across three different continents.

In this capacity, he managed joint R&D programs, negotiated and ratified free trade agreements, attracted investments, provided tech scouting and business development as well as assistance with regulation to members of the Israeli ecosystem entering foreign markets.

In his last position, as the Israeli economic attache to Colombia, he acted as a one-stop-shop for Israeli and Colombian companies interested in realizing their innovative business potential in both markets, providing them with a vast array of assistance and facilitation.
